About Hayley Wilson-Cincinnati Landscape Designer Hailey Wilson, Cincinnati Landscape Designer

Born and educated in Cincinnati, I bring together two lifelong passions—precision engineering and the art of horticulture—to design outdoor spaces that are as functional as they are breathtaking. My studies in CAD and Manufacturing at the University of Cincinnati, followed by six years designing jet engine components at GE Aviation, trained me to approach every project with innovation, structural integrity, and meticulous attention to detail.

At the same time, my love for plants took root generations earlier, nurtured by my mother and grandmother, whose gardens were living works of art. That early connection to the natural world was further enriched through my work with WOW Windowboxes, where I gained hands-on expertise in plant selection, seasonal design, and the unique growing conditions of our Cincinnati climate.

Today, I blend the logic of engineering with the soul of horticulture to create landscapes that are not only visually stunning but also environmentally resilient and purposefully designed to thrive. Every outdoor space I create is a reflection of this balance—where structure supports beauty and nature flourishes.

Landscape design is the perfect intersection of everything I love: creative problem solving, artistic expression, environmental stewardship, and crafting peaceful spaces that bring families joy for generations. Designing landscapes allows me to shape the natural world in ways that benefit both people and the planet—adding value, beauty, and biodiversity to every property I touch.
