Plant Delivery Services
When is my delivery date?
After your purchase, our staff will schedule a delivery date within two weeks of the purchase date.
What are the delivery rates?
The rate is calculated based on zip code and one truckload delivered to your location. Therefore, any deliveries requiring more than one truckload or outside our delivery area requires a special delivery rate. The minimum delivery charge is $50.
Where will my plants and trees be delivered?
Plants are delivered to the *driveway, and any large tree deliveries to the designated planting area marked by the flag. During windy conditions, large trees are placed lying on the ground to prevent damage. Importantly, deliveries are not placed in pre-dug holes.
*Without clear access, the driver will choose a secondary location for your delivery.

Plant Installation Services
Natorp’s Installation Services include delivery and plant installation (soil amendments, starter fertilizer, mulch). Also, if needed, tree staking.
Fees for Installation
Installation fees are calculated based on the plant container’s size, root ball size, tree height/trunk diameter, etc. The minimum installation fee is $130. Multiple trees planted at one location receive a discounted rate. If a plant replacement is needed, Natorp’s guarantee includes installation fees.
When will my plants and trees be installed?
A week after your purchase, you will receive a call to schedule a date. While it is typically within a month of purchase, it is subject to weather conditions and time of year.
For large field trees, installation occurs in November or December.
Before installation, do I need to have utilities marked?
For your convenience, our staff contacts 811 to mark utilities before installation.
