HOLIDAY WHITE CHOCOLATE BARK

So pretty. White chocolate is delicate and requires low heat to melt.  Whether melting on stove or in
microwave, leave a few chunks in and remove from heat.  Stir well and mixture will be smooth.

You'll need:
l pound white chocolate, melted,
3/4 to 1 cup chopped pistachios,
1/2 to 3/4 cup dried cherries or cranberries.

Grease or spray cookie sheet.  Pour melted chocolate into large bowl.  Stir in nuts and fruit.  Spread in thin layer on sheet.  Let stand 30 minutes or until firm.  May refrigerate to firm quickly.  Break into pieces.  Store covered in cool place or in refrigerator.
