STUFFED MUSHROOMS WITH SAUSAGE & BASIL |

Go ahead and mince up a few of the mushroom stems and toss them into the mixture if you want. |

pound mushrooms, stems removed 1/2 pound lean Italian or regular sausage 1/4 to 1/2 pound hot sausage 1 cup shredded Mozzarella Palm full of fresh basil, minced For garnish: fresh chopped parsley Mix sausages, cheese and basil together well. Stuff mushrooms with mixture. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until largest mushroom is done. Serve warm.
