Mix everything together well and go to taste on the herbs: -8 oz cream cheese, regular or light, softened -1 stick butter or margarine, softened -3/4 to 1 teaspoon minced garlic or more to taste, or minced garlic chives to taste -1/2 teaspoon each dry herbs, or more to taste: oregano, thyme, marjoram, basil, dill
-Palmful of minced watercress or 1/2 teaspoon
